Erika Melchiorre O.D., F.A.A.O., received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2005. Upon graduation, she completed a residency at the Illinois Eye Institute with emphasis in primary care and ocular disease. After her residency, Dr. Melchiorre joined the staff at IEI as a clinical instructor where she actively participates in clinical research and in the education of future optometrists.

Dr. Melchiorre is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Illinois Optometric Association, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
