What is Chase Healthcare Financing?
Chase Healthcare financing is a revolving line of credit that allows you to pay for healthcare expenses over time. There is no application fee and no annual fee. we are a Chase Healthcare Financing participating doctor. The account can be used to cover expenses not covered by your insurance for any type of procedure.

What are the credit qualifications for approval?
Approval is based on the information on your credit application and credit history. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

How long do I have before my account approval expires?
Your account does not expire but once approved, you need to use your Healthcare Account within 90 days or your account will become inactive and you will need to call us before using the account.

What types of expenses will my Chase Healthcare account cover?
You can use your Chase Healthcare account to pay for any medical expense incurred at a participating practice. Your first purchase needs to be over $500 for the no interest 3-month plan and $750 for all other pricing plans.

Can I use my account more than once?
Your Chase Healthcare account is a revolving line of credit and it can be reused up to your available credit line at any participating Chase provider.

How does the Chase program work?
You fill out a short application at your doctor's office. The office staff will submit your application to Chase. You will receive an instant decision within minutes. If approved, you can schedule or have your procedure that day.

What payment plans are available?
Chase offers convenient No Interest payment plans of 3, 6, 12 or 18 months for medical expenses as low as $750 ($500 for 3 months). Your minimum monthly payments will be as low as 4% of the balance or $15 (whichever is greater) and you will have 3, 6, 12 or 18 billing cycles, depending on which plan you select, to pay off your balance before incurring any interest charges.
